FLTeach (Foreign Language Teaching Forum)
FLTeach has a comprehensive index of web resources for a variety of languages. They also sponsor a popular listserv - many messages - that allows you to discuss language teaching with many diverse educators. (Listservs are e-mail groups that you subscribe to - there is no cost involved. Often, you can also search web-based archives of these on-line discussions.)

The Merlot web guide is organized into communities, including the World Languages Portal which includes a link library.
